Dr. Andrew Yoon
Dentist | Family, Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry
About
Before he ever picked up a dental handpiece, Dr. Andrew Yoon spent his early career as a civil engineer.
He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from A.T. Still University School of Dentistry and Oral Health, bringing that same engineer’s precision and attention to detail into every patient he treats.
Dr. Yoon believes dentistry is where science meets artistry, focused not just on healthier teeth but on happier, more confident patients. His meticulous approach and gentle chairside manner help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for at every visit.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Yoon is committed to staying current with modern dental techniques and continuing education. He speaks both English and Mandarin, helping him connect with an even wider range of patients and families.
Outside the office, you’ll find Dr. Yoon doing carpentry, out on the water, or on the pickleball court. He’s partial to Italian food, dreams of his next trip to Europe, and once ran a small engine repair company on the side, proof that his hands are rarely idle.
At De Zavala Dental & Braces, Dr. Yoon combines precision, curiosity, and genuine care, helping San Antonio families achieve healthy, confident smiles that last.
